COLLABORATIVE ART JOURNEY #30 / Flight

This is my entry for the Collabarative Art Journey #30. In creating this image I tried to maintain the hexagonal pattern of the original image as well as keep to the same color scheme. What I added was some background imagery, a pattern of dots, a haze of paint spatters and some gestural lines.

This is the original image we were given to work with. As you can see the color in this image is far more saturated than the color I ended up with.

      I love all the textures that have appeared in your image @beginningtoend. The title is also really fitting, and the colors more soothing than my original image. Are those fish I see in the background?
