Bir Hobi olarak Spor [Cointurk 14. Projesi]
Degerli arkadaslarim. Bir hobi olarak kitap okumak, kuslara yem atmak ve de gunluk bir ihtiyac haline dönüsen spordan bahsetmek istedim.
Bazen Benden once bazen benden sonra bizim ufaklik resimde goruldugu uzere spor aletine el atmakta. Kucuklere de spor aliskankigi kazandirmak ve sporu sevdirmek gerekir diye dusunuyorum.
Tabii evde spor yapmanin en guzel avantaji spor biter bitmez dus imkani. Zamandan cok buyuk oranda tasarruf ediyorsunuz. Salona giderken araba, park sorunu, havalarin sert olmasi gibi nedenler salona gitmekten sogutabiliyor insani. Evde kullanabileceginiz nacizane spor aleti tavsiyem piyasada TRX aleti olarak gecen kapiya veya duvara tutturarak kullanilabilecek belli hareketleri yapma kolayligi saglayan bir alet. Decathlon gibi firmalarda benzerini bulabilirsiniz. Bendeki adi DST . Asagida resmini de atiyorum ilgilenenler icin
