It's Korean money. There are many exchange sites in Korea. Upbit is one of biggest Korean cryptocurrency exchange site. Upbit has BTC market which is linked to bittrex. Koreans can buy alt coins on bittrex via Upbit. But Upbit blocked to buy if price is 0.05 USD or below until yesterday. Today, Upbit allow to buy XDN, SC and etc. And then Koreans start to buy cheap coins."
