Hoy día existen Criptomonedas en una cantidad y con características tan distintivas que se hace difícil elegir una que no venga de la mano con altos riesgos, salvo aquellas que se encuentran más consolidadas y con mayor renombre entonces dicho de otra manera hay para regalar. Gracias a Bitcoin la puerta fue abierta y al día de hoy conocemos más de 2.500 monedas virtuales en todo el mundo y el número continua subiendo. De igual modo cada cierto tiempo aparece una nueva, que se crea mediante un proceso denominado ICO, del cual conversaremos en otra oportunidad.
