[Coin mama] what do you think of their system?

I subscribed to the their site on January 1st.
I sent all the documents, but they are still unsolved. So far.

I'm getting e-mails like this, but it's quite slow.

I received a new email today but it was not surprising. They say they are still reviewing documents.

It takes a long time. Is this company reliable? What do you think? Has anyone ever done a deal?
