pyTicker : BCH, XMR, Bitfinex 지원 추가

pyTicker 업데이트를 진행하였습니다. 변경점은 다음과 같습니다.
- BCH 화폐 지원
- XMR 화폐 지원
- Bitfinex 거래소 지원 (-bfx 옵션으로 활성화)
- 리플 비활성화 (-xrp 옵션으로 활성화 가능)
- 코인이즈 ETC, ETH 오류 수정

pyTicker updated; It is a monitoring and normalization tool for cryptocurrency that is being handled in Republic of Korea. Here are the changes:
- BCH currency support
- XMR currency support
- Bitfinex Exchange Support (enabled with -bfx option)
- Disable ripple (can be activated with the -xrp option)
- coinis exchange, ETC, ETH error correction
