QTUM 재단 재무 보고서 및 관리 계획

To increase the transparency of the Qtum Foundation, we will release monthly expenditure reports containing the total for staff salaries, operational expenses, marketing expenses and other costs. Additionally, the Foundation will list the total assets that it holds including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Fiat, and Qtum Tokens.

Qtum 재단의 투명성을 높이기 위해 직원 급여, 운영비, 마케팅 비용 및 기타 비용의 총액을 포함하는 월별 지출 보고서를 발표 할 것입니다. 또한 재단은 Bitcoin, Ethereum, Fiat(?) 및 Qtum Token을 포함하여 보유하고있는 총 자산을 List 할 것입니다.

The Qtum Foundation will also seek complementary services to aid our efforts in transparency and professionalism with a professional auditing firm, legal team and a professional digital asset management solution for the Foundation. We hope this will help promote the healthy development of the Qtum Project and serve as a model for other projects.

또한 Qtum 재단은 전문 감사 기관, 법무 팀 및 재단을 위한 전문적인 디지털 자산 관리 솔루션을 통해 투명성과 전문성에 대한 우리의 노력을 지원하기 위해, 보완적인 서비스를 모색 할 것입니다. Qtum 프로젝트의 건전한 발전을 촉진하고 다른 프로젝트의 모델이 될 수 있기를 바랍니다.

The content that will be made public to the community:

1. Qtum Foundation obtains digital and traditional assets, which include: bitcoins, ethereum, and other digital assets such as Qtum tokens, as well as, legal tender in the form of USD and RMB.
2. Qtum will release monthly spending reports, including employee compensation, operating costs, marketing costs and other expenses

커뮤니티에 공개 될 내용 :

1. Qtum Foundation은 Bitcoin, Ethereum 및 Qtum token 을 포함한 디지털 자산뿐만 아니라, USD 및 위환화 형태의 법정통화 (전통 화폐)를 얻습니다.
2. Qtum은 직원 보상, 운영 비용, 마케팅 비용 및 기타 비용을 포함한 월별 지출 보고서를 발표 할 예정입니다.

Qtum will make this information public on the Qtum website www.qtum.org, and the reports will later be verified by a third party.

Qtum digital asset security management plan:

1. Qtum will hire a professional digital asset management service provider to provide financial management services. (Multi-Signature Wallet's private key which is controlled by multiple parties, which will likely include but isn’t limited to Qtum co-founders, Qtum community member representative, professional hardware wallet service provider, professional digital asset management services company, professional trust company, professional law firm, and an auditing firm)
2. Professional auditors will provide auditing and reporting services at a later date
3. Regulatory advice will be provided by a professional law firm(s)

Qtum 디지털 자산 보안 관리 계획 :

1. Qtum은 전문 디지털 자산 관리 서비스 제공 업체를 고용하여 재무 관리 서비스를 제공합니다. (Qtum 공동 창립자, Qtum 커뮤니티 회원 대표, 전문 하드웨어 지갑 서비스 제공 업체, 전문 디지털 자산 관리 서비스 회사, 전문 신탁 회사 등 여러 당사자가 관리하는 다중 서명 월렛의 개인 키 , 전문 법률 회사 및 감사 회사)
2. 전문 감사원은 나중에 감사 및 보고 서비스를 제공 할 것입니다.
3. 규제 관련 자문은 전문 법률 회사에서 제공합니다.

뭔가 출발이 좋습니다. 다른 ICO 진행과 비교하여 사실 훌륭한 수준입니다.
투명성을 높여 운영하는 것도 마음에 들고요. 보안관리 계획은 사실 놀랐습니다.
좀 더 길게 지켜 보아야 할 것 같네요.
