This limit is only guaranteed until February 1st, 12:00 PM PST. After this time, your limits will no longer be guaranteed and the contribution limit for all participants will double until all tokens are sold out.
If tokens are not sold out by February 2nd, 12:00 PM PST, contribution limits for all participants will be unlimited until all tokens are sold out.

이거 2월1일 12시 즉 우리나라 시간으로 2월2일 새벽5시까지만 보장함
이거 지나면 한도보장없고 모든 코인 매진될때까지 2월2일 5시이후부터는
한도가 두배된다 그니깐 찌끄레기라도 주서먹어라는 뜻

Although you may send your contribution as early as January 31st, 12:00 PM PST, we highly encourage you to send your contribution at the time listed above to avoid congestion. Your contribution limits are guaranteed until February 1st, 12:00 PM PST, so there is no need to rush.

뭐 근데 새벽5시안해도 이날은 2월2일 새벽5시까지보장되니깐
쫄지말고 보내도 그안에만 보내면 됨

2/28 11:59 PM PST: Token Sale Contribution Period ends.

1 한국시간 2월1일 새벽5시 토큰 ICO시작 보장된 금액 24시간동안 보내야됨
2 한국시간 2월2일 새벽5시 토큰2번째캡 매진될때까지 참가자기부한도 2배 (0.1>0.2 / airbnb사용자 0.2>0.4)
3 한국시간 2월2일 새벽5시 매진안되면 한도 무제한됨
4 한국시간 3월1일 새벽5시 ICO종료

Changes to Token Sale Agreement

Please note that there have been a few changes to the Token Sale Agreement (https://goo.gl/iWLgRP). In particular, we added an additional risk factor to Schedule 2 of the Risk Disclosures on page 25 titled “Risks Associated with Legal Proceedings.” To the extent you have questions or concerns regarding the changes made to the Token Sale Agreement, please follow the procedures outlined in Section 24 – Modifications to the Terms, on page 16 of the Token Sale Agreement.

엘라스토스처럼되길........... 젭알젭알 하지만
화리도 더럽게 많아서 그럴일은 없을것같고

용돈이나 주서먹는다셈치고 저캡이나마 들어가야겠습니다
