1. Blockchain Startup KryptoPal, Swiss NGO Help2kids Partner To Help African Children

Blockchain startup KryptoPal has partnered with Swiss non-governmental organization Help2kids to help children in Africa gain access to education, food and healthcare.
Under the partnership, KryptoPal will set up a public key and obtain know your customer (KYC) information for each Help2kids project, in addition to conducting full background checks for the initiative. KryptoPal will also integrate its software development kit (SDK) into Help2kid’s website to enable the charity to accept donations in cryptocurrency.

KryptoPal이 아프리카 아이들에게 교육, 식량, 의료 등을 후원하는 스위스 NGO Help2kids와 파트너십을 맺고 암호화화폐로 기부받는 솔루션을 개발할 것으로 발표했습니다.

2. 가상통화거래소 운영계좌도 모니터링…해외거래 감시

가상통화(암호화폐·가상화폐) 거래 자금이 들어오는 거래소의 집금계좌뿐 아니라 운영자금계좌도 자금세탁 감시 대상이 된다.
해외 가상통화거래소로 자금을 보내는 것을 가장한 자금세탁 의심거래에 대한 모니터링도 강화된다.
금융위원회 금융정보분석원(FIU)과 금융감독원은 최근 농협과 국민은행, KEB하나은행을 대상으로 가상통화 관련 자금세탁방지 가이드라인 운영 상황을 점검한 결과 이런 내용 등을 담은 개정안을 마련했다고 27일 밝혔다.

3. Fintech Co-operation between the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) signed a Co-operation Agreement today (26 June 2018) to enhance fintech collaboration between the two authorities, with a view to encouraging and enabling innovation in financial services in both markets, and supporting innovative financial businesses in expanding to each other’s jurisdictions.
Under the Co-operation Agreement, the HKMA and the FSRA will collaborate on referring innovative businesses, information sharing, and joint innovation projects.
Mr Chow, Chief Fintech Officer of the HKMA, said, “We are pleased to establish a closer relationship with the FSRA so that both authorities could better support financial innovation in our jurisdictions. ADGM’s commitment to the pursuit of innovation resonates strongly with Hong Kong’s ambitions. The co-operation between the HKMA and the FSRA would strengthen the two authorities in their respective roles and initiatives in fintech. We are particularly pleased to start a dialogue with FSRA on the opportunity to build a cross-border trade finance network using distributed ledger technology.”

홍콩금융관리국(Hong Kong Monetary Authority, HKMA)이 아랍에미리트 ADGM(Abu Dhabi Global Market)의 FSRA(Financial Services Regulatory Authority)와 핀테크 공동 업무협약을 체결했습니다.
