If your doing the writing in-house perhaps you would consider outsourcing tasks on Steemit, which your writers are to busy to do and wouldn’t be a good utilization of their time. I would be willing to post their writing in exchange for your upvotes on my articles, so it wouldn’t cost you any additional money.
