Interesting Price Action - 15th Feb 2019

Hey everyone, how did you spend your Valentine's day?

We will be highlighting some key events on the price action of the cryptocurrency market. There has been some wild swings for some coins today on 15th Feb 2019.

Steem price ascends back to safe $0.30 level.

Ontology Gas (ONG) price saw a wild spike after Binance announced that it will be listing it on the exchange.

Due to the volatility in Ontology Gas, you can imagine that Ontology itself would also experience similar uptrend.

Crypto.com (MCO) price saw a huge spike earlier today.
There were however no clear indicators as to what is driving the price increase.

    I don't know for sure if it's the case this time, but the MCO project tends to have wild swings like this when they announce another airdrop. They've got two related coins MCO and CRO. You can't get CRO in the US, but for everyone else, they get airdropped CRO tokens depending on how much MCO they hold. The price tends to drop again a couple of days after.

    But in the meanwhile whoever got in and out correctly can make like 30% profit over the span of less than a week. Sweet earnings i might say.

      Perhaps it held long enough that traders decided that $0.30 +/- is the new floor price for the coin. Meaning people will continue to buy until it creeped up more before they sell to make the profits..

            Still 0.30$ is drit cheap for Steem in my opinion.
            Hope this hold so i can buy more :)

              Binance is bad. I'm in general not a fan of centralised exchanges, but Binance is IMHO probably the worst, due to its size. What Binance is doing is pretty much the opposite of decentralisation.
