Pizza is a favorite food in America. There are all different kinds and different ways to prepare it. This pizza comes from Embers Woodfired Pizza, and they employ a huge wood fired oven to bake the pizza.

This pizza is a bit diffent that the traditional or normal tomato sauce and pepperoni pizza. It's has a Hawaiian twist - with ham and pineapple as the toppings. The wood fired oven makes a light, yet crisp on the bottom crust and doesn't overbake the toppings. Delicious!

It was, and every Thursday they have margaritas on special for $1.99. We like to go there pretty often.
