Coincap app review, better than Blockfolio?

I have the Blockfolio app which I like and wanted to try the Coincap app to see if it was any different as they both track portfolios, prices and display charts...
The home screen defaults the Crypto's by Market Cap. You will soon find that this app is different than Blockfolio right away as the prices update with every move up or down with a flash of light green or light red. It looks like a Christmas tree when the markets are active.
They have a dark theme and a grey mode.
When you tap on the 'Price by Market Cap', you will get a drop down menu with the following data that you can sort by:
When you tap on an individual coin/token, this is the display that you will see. If you click on 'Buy Bitcoin', it will take you to the app store and to the 'Shapeshift' app.
You can move your finger on the graph of the crypto and see the price on a specific date and time. Below is a one month chart of BTC, last month on 11/24/17 at 16:29 the price was $8,220. What a bargain huh? Back up the truck and load up!!! lol.
The upper right side is the drop down menu items:
'My Altfolios' allows you to have 3 different Crypto portfolios and you can choose the timeframe of your Altfolio from one day to 'All'
With 'Alert Manager', you can create an alert for any coin when it reaches a certain level, high or low.
These are the options you have in the 'Settings' menu:
I'm running this app on an iPhone 5s and it has lagged at times, I'm not sure if it was my old phone or if the server was overloaded? There are no ads on the app so I'm not sure if the designer just wanted to produce this as a support app to the actual Coincap.io website. (Which also does not have any ads).
Right now I'm using both Coincap and Blockfolio depending upon my mood as the formatting for the apps are just a little different. For free, I think it is a good app to have.
I use CoinCap for price checking and other details but as a portfolio app it is not a good app.
For portfolio app, hands down best app is Delta. I have tried Blockfolio and coincap as well, but by far the best one is Delta app.
Give that a go.
I'll check that, thanks for the info!
Thanks for the info, I'll check out Delta for sure.
