Coinbase announced it has acquired Cipher Browser; the service is a decentralized wallet and app browser for the Ethereum blockchain; Coinbase will be combining the Cipher Browser team with the team for its own decentralized mobile browser, Toshi; features from the Cipher Browser will be integrated into the Toshi browser - Link
Block.one announces the first feature-complete pre-release of EOSIO Dawn 3.0; this comes as EOSIO 1.0 is slated for release in June of 2018; EOSIO has, with the release of Dawn 3, already moved far beyond those features outlined in the EOSIO White Paper - Link
