Coinbase Weekly Limits Changed?

When Coinbase recovered from its last "maintenance" (which seems to be the case whenever the price of ethereum dips significantly), I noticed that my coinbase buying limits were changed from $2500 to $250 per week for bank deposits and $500 to $50 for credit/debit card purchases. Did this happen to anyone else as well?
