Coinbase Restriction

I have been restricted from buying on Coinbase for 1 month now. Going around platforms to use in order to buy BTC/ETH, landed on CEX.IO but they have quite the premium. Anybody having troubles with Coinbase? I know when/if I start a business to have at least a number to call, even if I wasn't the one taking calls.
