Question: What mechanisms have been developed to make sure that SMTs will be more than mere ICO "utility tokens" that prevail today? How can we prevent SMTs from becoming scams or reduce their failures? Hopefully, SMTs will become "security tokens" that offer the same perks and guarantees as traditional stocks.
