Post-Modern Culture: Coffee Culture
In this series I will introduce the spaces of third generation coffee shops. These places are usually only preferred places for coffee. First of all, I want to talk about how third generation coffee is and how it has grown up to daylight.
We can summarize the first and second generation coffee. The first generation of kahves are cafeterias. That is to say, Nescafe, which is sold for purely commercial purposes, has no qualifications. These are the first steps of the coffee process, and almost any space can be found easily. The date of departure is considered to be the First World War and beyond. The first generation of coffees was produced for purely commercial purposes and was sold without any distinction to other drinks.
The second wave of kahves emerged after 60 years, especially with the establishment of Starbucks in 1971. So after the cafeteria, cafes start to open. This current coffee brings a new dimension. From the simple dust, the way of the kahves and the cooking methods are now on the forefront. Thus, even in the revolving section, if there are masters, there are specialists in coffee firing, and the Barista concept emerges. Bargaining is the profession I have done recently. I have enjoyed it for a short while though. When you are Barista, you can see how it changes with a single cooking method of coffee or simple play at the ratio of milk and coffee.
Coffee is slowly making its last big splash when it becomes a culture. After 90 years, the world famous barista brings out the third wave of hawks. Coffee beans are at the forefront and coffee varieties are produced at numerous boundaries in the laboratory. Coffee is coming out. While selling coffee varieties of their own in the coffee shop, they sell different coffee formulated and found abroad. At the same time, these places sell their own coffee beans and live them until the end of the coffee culture.
In Coffee Culture, I will introduce the coffee shops in towns that I have definitely visited. I would like to show the emergence of third generation coffee-makers. I will go to the places where I live in Istanbul city of coffee culture with pencil and notebook in the near future. Or i will find coffee shops other citys that i go. If you like to talk about coffee like me, do not miss this show.
Türk kahvesini sırf milli duygulardan dolayı içmek zorunda kalıyorum. Yoksa bir türlü alışamadım. Ama eline sağlık kahveler güzelmiş.
Bir kerede kahve icmeye çağırsan şu fakiri olmaz mı be usta =))
