Which Brew Do You Brew?
Good morning, Steemians! "About 83% of adults in the U.S. drink coffee," according to the National Coffee Association's 2013 Online Survey.
My question to you is: What's your brew? What gets you going in the morning? Black coffee? Cream and sugar? Black tea? Green tea? Espresso? Latte? Caramel macchiato?
Let me show you what I brew every morning.
I personally brew Cafe Bustelo, an espresso coffee.
The aroma fills the kitchen quickly
I only add sugar to the mix
I make my espresso as they do in Cuba, put in a little sugar, a few drops of coffee,then you start stirring the mixture up like crazy!
You want to get a good paste going! Mine was actually a bit too liquidy, but it's ok.
Then slowly stir in the rest of the espresso over the paste to give it a frothy finish!
Thoroughly enjoy!!!

I like and currently drink spanish 'Marcilla Gran Aroma Natural' coffee.

Coffee, a very important topic! I start my day with a double espresso at home and at work I stay far away from the free coffee machine and it's weak substitute for coffee, instead brewing my own coffee in an Aeropress.
Yes! Oh man I stay away from the coffeed down water at work too haha!
The funny thing is that they put good quality coffee beans into the machine and then they waste them by using far too much water! I spoke to the attendant once and he told me that the one thing that he was forbidden to do was increase the amount of coffee beans per cup...
Haha that story made me laugh! Of course the company wants their free coffee to stay watered down so that they don't have to buy more than what they currently buy, of course at the expense of the drinker. :/ Btw, thank you for the resteem!

I'm building toward a dream to open a coffee house so I like to mix it up and try different coffee and different ways to prepare coffee whenever and wherever I can.

Taking a sip of my espresso when I saw this post. I recently got a Nespresso machine and have turned into an unbearable coffee snob. Hell, I wouldn't drink instant with your mouth! I think the one I'm drinking right now is Roma - good and strong. I do miss the graininess of freshly ground coffee though!
Haha I'm kind of a snob as well. But I rarely take the time to stir like I did this morning - which makes it taste better IMHO. Yeah I recently visited my brother and had regular coffee and it was really good!
I brew a local brand grower here on the Big Island of Hawaii that they sell at Walmart called Hualalai. They so sell on the internet and I like the Peaberry version. Hualalai is also the name of one of the seven volcanoes on this island.

I drink too much coffee. My brand is Douwe Egberts. The best coffe in my oppinion.

In Holland you can buy it everywhere. I don't know about other countries.
