yesterday, I didn't drink coffee. I made myself a cup of coffee today.
For the last 27 years, I've been all about a cup of coffee. For a few years I was all about a pot of coffee.
It doesn't have to be fancy cup of coffee, but it has to be black and I prefer a bold cup of coffee.
Most days I drink a quad shot americano from Starbucks.
My girlfriend @luvbnamome is a barista at the downtown Starbucks here in town, so I usually get one when she gets off her shift.
So @luvbnamome didn't work yesterday morning, and she didn't make me a pour over in the morning as usual, so I went without.
Today I had to make my own cup of coffee, because @luvbnamome will not be off work until noon.
I have been fighting the blues lately, so it has been hard to be motivated to do anything, but I did manage to make a cup of coffee.
Many of you know that I'm a barista at Starbucks as well, but I don't remember a time when I measured out for a pour over.
I'm too lazy to look for my the measuring scoop, and what does it matter? Just pour that ground coffee into the pour over, and let the hot water do it's job.

Coffee is a fair necessity to me. I like mine with grass fed butter. I don't mind the cocoa finish myself.

I love how ur coffee drinks are so telling of who we are and the kind of day we are going to have. Coffee is so much more than a drink, it's liquid mood.
