Not sure about you guys but im a coffee freak, i mostly prefer it hot but lately i had some problems with my teeth and had to drink/eat cold things for few days.

Instead of going to Starbucks which i believe is not a good coffee i came out with my way of making perfect iced americano.

To make the post more entertaining i took pictures of main steps.

1 Get some good coffee beans

Coffee that is already blended sucks, get some good beans (i choose Brasil Yellow Bourbon) and blend them.

2 Make usual cup of hot Amerciano

Yeah just make a normal cup of coffee, make sure you put it to normal cup that doesnt hold hot too long.
Possibly put it out on your balcony or outside for like 5-10 minutes.
Coffee will cool down pretty fast in normal cup if it feels some wind.

3 Take a glass and pour little of cold milk

You want to feel taste of this beans, this is coffee not chocolate-milk! Pour just a little of cold milk then put the warm (it is not hot anymore) coffee on it.

4 Now put some ICE

3 cubes is enough, put them in and mix it all with a tiny spoon.

5 VOILA!

Enjoy coffee that is cold but still tastes like your beloved caffeine kick.
