Coffee lovers are also not only from men, but the women also many who like sanger coffee, arabica coffee mixed with milk and has a very special taste. Penikmat kopi juga bukan hanya dari kaum laki-laki, namun para kaum wanita juga banyak yang menyukai kopi sanger, kopi arabica yang dicampur dengan susu dan memiliki rasa yang sangat spesial. Kebanyakan dari penikmat kopi juga lebih memilih kopi arabica karena rasanya yang sangat kental dan tidak membuat lambung perih atau jantung merasa berdebar. Kebanyakan dari peminum kopi takut akan hal-hal seperti itu. Aceh juga dijuluki sebagai provinsi 1001 warung kopi yang dapat kita lihat sendiri, di setiap sudut kita berkumpul pasti ada kedai kopi yang berdiri disana. Maka tak heran, Aceh disebut sebagai provinsi 1001 warung kopi.

Namun bukan hanya kopi arabica saja. Ada satu jenis kopi yang juga banyak diminati oleh para pecinta kopi. Ya, kopi Espresso. Kopi jenis ini rasanya lebih pahit ketimbang biji kopi arabica. Namun, peminat kopi ini juga cukup banyak di Aceh khususnya. Kopi jenis ini juga banyak dijadikan bahan eksperimen untuk dicampurkan dengan beberapa jenis makanan atau minuman, contohnya dicampur dengan coklat, susu ataupun dengan yang lainnya. Pada kali ini saya ingin sedikit berbagi cerita mengenai kopi yang dicampur dengan air nira yang dimana air tersebut adalah salah satu bahan untuk pembuatan gula aren dan di Aceh sering disebut dengan Ie Jok.

That morning, Mr. Yasar drove the coffee to the location, and told Rahmat how much the dosage for nira water was mixed with his espresso coffee. After a while, he go left the coffee shop to do something else. We were immediately informed that the coffee was ready and could be directly tested there. The news was immediately shared to the group of Whatsapp and some friends went straight to the location and try the coffee.

Pada kali ini ada seorang teman yang bernama @yaisardinarto. Dia menawarkan kepada kami untuk mencoba kopi espresso ini yang dicampur dengan air nira. Sebelumnya saya juga sudah pernah merasakan sensasi dari kopi ini, tapi itu sudah lama sekali, langsung saja saya mengiyakan ajakan tersebut. Esok harinya, bang Yasar sempat menelpon bahwa yang meracik kopi sedang tidak ditempat karena ada suatu hal. Jadi kami alihkan langsug ke @rahmadalmishary, dia adalah barista yang bekerja di Polem Kupi. Pagi itu, bang Yasar mengantarkan kopi itu ke lokasi, dan memberi tahu kepada Rahmat berapa takaran untuk air nira tersebut dicampurkan dengan kopi espressonya. Selang beberapa saat, bang Yasar meninggalkan kedai kopi untuk mengerjakan sesuatu lainnya. Kami langsung diberitahu bahwa kopi telah ready dan bisa langsung dicoba disana. Berita itu pun langsung di share ke grup Whatsapp dan beberapa teman langsung menuju ke lokasi untuk mencoba kopi tersebut.
