THE COFFEE INDUSTRY AND MARKET

One of the most widely consumed finished drink all over the world is the coffee, a whole lot percentage of people preferred this drink as in most cases are seen in offices, houses and even cafeteria. Some preferred to have the drink for breakfast while others see it as an after meal drink. Which ever way you preferred it, there is no doubt coffee is widely known as one of the most consumed finished drink all over the world.. However there are some features that attract the consumer to this drink part of which include but not limited to tastes, packaging, price, brand popularity and advertisement, country of production, discount at sale point, e.t.c.

Coffee demand as well as coffee supply is growing every year, coffee is considered to be the best-selling product in the world, but the processing and roasting of beans is not globally changed, modernization and quality improvement of roasting is progressing, but every year these steps are less and less and this is one of the problem associated with the coffee market, the coffee market is underlined by someone pressing problems and challenges, some of which are primarily related to the climate and insufficient automation in some regions of coffee beans, the quality of the supplied beans, poor infrastructure, consumer preferences, there has also been a problem of consumer fraud as a result of distorted and inaccurate information about the product, and the harm caused by pests and diseases affecting coffee trees. There is also the problem associated with middlemen inform of intermediaries who need to be paid while exporting coffee. All these in addition to price fluctuations have dealt a big blow to the coffee market.

THE SOLUTION
To solve the problem identified above there is need for a blockchain technology which will analyze the market in a more detailed perspective. It is a directly accurate analysis of the implementation of a particular brand, showing decentralizes trust in the brand. The blockchain will helps to control the authenticity of the product itself and its implementation, which first of all will give the consumer confidence in the brand reliability. The blockchain to be created is called the Blockchain EVOL, this blockchain will prevent the overloading of the ethereum network.

To eliminate intermediary in the coffee industry there is a need for the creation of an application on the Blockchain which through it consumer can make their order for the type of coffee they want and the degree of roasting. The LOVE application does this function, the LOVE app works on the platform of the BLOCKCHAIN EVOL using decentralized storage of data and ensuring the privacy of users. The functionality of the application is adapted to work with a PC and a smartphone. On this application the user will enter their personal account to order roasted coffee in the company Love air coffee.
Note: Selecting what he needs, is associated with a master-contract that works on the BLOCKCHAIN EVOL.

One may ask what do you mean by coffee roasting? There are several types of coffee roasting. We have the traditional method which is coffee roasting in a drum roaster. The process is approximately the same: green coffee is poured into a spinning drum, which is constantly heated, and due to the contact with it, the coffee beans are gradually heated. In addition to the traditional method, there is the air roasting which is the roasting of the coffee in the air stream.

How the LOVE application works
• The master contract evaluates the amount of work, selects the date and time of the order and offers them to the client.
• The client chooses the appropriate date and time and confirms them.
• The master contract issues a receipt to the customer for payment.
• The customer pays for the order in any convenient currency, automatically converting it into a LAC-token.
• Payment is received to the Deposit account and is paid to the contractor after the customer confirms receipt of his order.
