Today there is an error from certificate expiration, see image:

error page also says this: "auto.steemdb.online has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site."

it looks like firefox/opera cannot connect.
I thought you should know.
