Chicken tanning with potatoes

- Materials
600 grams of chicken
Eight small sized lights
Six chopped onions
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons of onion paste
1 tablespoon of cumin powder
1 tablespoon of chili powder
One and a half teaspoon of coriander powder
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
Ghee 4 teaspoons
Half a tablespoon of hot spice powder
Bay leaves 6 to 7 p.m.
Six grams whole hot spice
150 grams of mustard oil
2 teaspoons sugar
150 grams of sour yogurt
Salt to taste
Preparation method: The first thing you need to do is wash the chicken meat well and drain the water.
Then add light salt, turmeric powder, mustard oil, coriander powder, onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, bay leaves, three of them and mix well.
After that, peel the potatoes and wash them clean.
Then put 50 grams of oil in a pot and then fry the potatoes a little.
Add ghee and heat it. Then add 2 teaspoons of sugar and the whole hot spices, add three bay leaves, chop the onion and when it turns brown, add the grated meat and stir well for a while.
Then add the potatoes along with it. Peel the potatoes and cook for a while more until the oil comes on top of the meat.
All you have to do now is add water as needed, when the water boils well, add a little more to the stove and cook the meat well.
Leave the broth as per your requirement and take the meat out of the oven. Add coriander and when the sauce is ready, tan the chicken with your potatoes.
