Today I am going to present to you a very nice recipe that I have almost signed, I hope you will like it very much.
The fishes were brought by my father-in-law who caught these fishes in the field with a net and then I cut and washed them.
Then what I did was to heat enough oil in the kadai so that the fishes can be fried a little.
Meanwhile, I finely chopped onions and green chillies, since I am going to make Do Payaju, they must be finely chopped.
When the fishes are deep fried I take them out of the pan and put them in another pan.
After that, I sauteed onions, green chillies, salt and pepper in the oil and sauteed them well.
When it is well grated I add little amount of water and when the water boils I add the fishes.
Then I cooked until the water dried up and oil came out of the fish and when the water dried up and the oil came out of the fish I took it off the hair.
If you want, you can easily make any fish do payaz in this way. I like it very much. I have cooked some thin dal along with it.
