Onwards and upwards

This weekend has been a fantastic learning experience for us all at Kekoa Coaching.We entered 4 teams into a local tournament.

On Saturday we have our under 6s and our under 8 teams competing. Both teams managed to reach the semi finals and we were all extremely proud of their achievements.

Today (Sunday) was the turn of our under 7 and under 10s and I turned out to be a mixed day for both teams.

The U10 team only manage to finish 3rd in the group table which ment that they were unable to qualify for the later stages of the tournament.

Our U7s however made it all the way to the final. After a terrible start losing their first game the team rallied together to go on an unbeaten run until the very final itself.

It was a truly proud day as all the teams stuck together and supported each other the competition. We are now all looking forward to the next competitive challenge
