Thousands of Islamic school teachers and students protested outside the Betul Mokaram Mosque in Beta Akka. They tried to "download with France" and "boycott French products" and burned a statue of French President Emmanuel Macron.
"I urge the French government to forgive the 2 billion Muslims around the world," he said. "I urge the Muslim community in Europe to end their diplomatic relations with France and to show confidence by boycotting French goods," said Noor Hussein-Kashmi, the group's leader.
