新古毛潮记的梅菜猪肉

今天回外婆家，也就是我小时候长大的地方新古毛Kuala Kubu Bharu，这是一个位于马来西亚雪兰莪州里的小小的镇，在这个小镇里有一间店卖“梅菜猪肉”超好吃的。

刚刚跟家人去吃午餐的时候，就去了这家店点了“梅菜猪肉”来吃。

梅菜
猪肉
鸡蛋
豆腐

这就是我的favorite food！我的最爱食物啊！

从小吃到大，怎么吃都吃不腻。除了这家的梅菜猪肉，其他家的我都不吃，因为味道完全不是同一个等级的。

其实家人还有点别的菜，但我挑食，意思意思夹了一两口。

这间店名叫“潮记”，但是住那边的人都习惯称呼叫“美美”

尤其记得小时候外婆常常说：“去美美那边吃”，就知道是要去吃梅菜猪肉了。

这间店位于新古毛Kuala Kubu Bharu的邮政局Pos Office对面。
营业时间：9am ~ 3pm
每逢星期二休息

说的3点关，有时候下午1~2点的时候，食物卖完也就早早关店了，再附上一句：明日请早
