“龙”,无论在东方,还是西方,都是拥有“强大力量”的象征。有关人类文明史的大量研究发现,“龙”并不仅仅出现在东方的古老文明中,在西方的文明进程中也留下了难以磨灭的历史印记。虽然,东方和西方的文明为“龙”赋予了截然相反的正面与负面形象,但令人惊奇的是,“龙”在东方文明和西方文明中都是拥有强大超凡能力的文化符号。追本溯源、归根结蒂,“龙”,是祥还是魔,起最终决定作用的,其实是人类的良心与欲望间的博弈。
"Dragon", whether in the East or the West, is a symbol of "powerful power". A large number of studies on the history of human civilization have found that "dragons" not only appeared in the ancient civilizations of the East, but also left an indelible historical mark in the process of civilization in the West. Although Eastern and Western civilizations have given "dragon" diametrically opposite positive and negative images, what is surprising is that "dragon" is a cultural symbol with powerful and extraordinary abilities in both Eastern and Western civilizations. Tracing back to the source, in the final analysis, whether the "dragon" is auspicious or a devil plays the ultimate decisive role, in fact, it is the game between human conscience and desire.

Listed companies, whether in China or in the world, basically represent the most advanced main body of productivity in an industry. Listed companies with capital blessings are like "dragons" with powerful and extraordinary capabilities, leading the development and changes of various industries around the world.
文化创意产业,与一般产业最大的不同在于,文化创意产业的产品承载着超越物质的强大的思想与情感力量——这种思想与情感可能是正义的,也可能是邪恶的;可能是艺术的、经济的、技术的,也可能是政治的、历史的,甚至军事的,总之承载着人类对现实世界的各种希望和欲望。文化创意产业上市公司,恰恰是两种超凡力量的融合体,就像一条“巨龙”,拥有了能够对全世界、全人类产生巨大且深远影响的超越国界、超越物质、超越时间的能量。换句话说,在当今世界的竞争格局中,一国的文化创意产业上市公司是否足够强大,将直接决定着该国在全球政治、经济秩序中的战略地位。

有鉴于此,本研究决定采用“龙文化指数”作为全球文化创意产业上市公司综合评价的学术表征。

总资产规模是衡量一个上市公司经济效益发展的重要指标。一个没有足够规模的企业很难在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,总资产规模是企业创造经济效益、获取未来可持续发展的坚实基础。 本小节将从2012-2016年全球文化创意产业上市公司总资产规模总体特征、2000-2016年全球16个主要国家和地区文化创意产业上市公司总资产规模总体特征、2012-2016年全球文化创意产业上市公司总资产规模排名100强、近五年全球文化创意产业上市公司总资产规模的国家和地区排名等四个方面来对全球文化创意产业上市公司的总资产规模进行评价研究。
The total assets scale is an important indicator to measure the economic development of a listed company. It is difficult for an enterprise without sufficient scale to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition. The total asset scale is a solid foundation for the enterprise to create economic benefits and obtain sustainable development in the future. This section will focus on the overall characteristics of the total assets of listed companies in the global cultural and creative industries from 2012 to 2016, the total assets of listed companies in the cultural and creative industries in 16 major countries and regions in the world from 2000 to 2016, and the global cultural and creative industries from 2012 to 2016. The total assets of listed companies are ranked top 100, and the country and region rankings of total assets of global cultural and creative industry listed companies in the past five years are used to evaluate and study the total assets of global cultural and creative industry listed companies.
一、2012-2016年全球文化创意产业上市公司总资产规模总体特征
The overall characteristics of the total assets of listed companies in the global cultural and creative industries from 2012 to 2016
2012-2016年全球文化创意产业上市公司总资产规模的总值变动较为平稳。其中,2012-2014年在上市公司数量相对稳定的情况下,资产总值缓慢提升,2013年增长率为1.53%,2014年升至5.94%,发展态势良好。2015年和2016年则由于印度等一些国家上市公司数据未能及时披露,造成这两年文化创意产业上市公司数量出现异常骤减,相应地其总资产规模总值有所下降。2016年是这五年来全球文化创意产业上市公司中参与总资产统计的公司数量最少的一年,然而其总资产规模总值却高达33.80万亿人民币,仅次于2014年的35.56万亿,资产总值增长率约为15.25%,贡献了2012年以来最高的增长率。
From 2012 to 2016, the total value of the total assets of listed companies in the global cultural and creative industry has changed relatively smoothly. Among them, in 2012-2014, when the number of listed companies was relatively stable, the total asset value increased slowly. The growth rate in 2013 was 1.53%, and it rose to 5.94% in 2014. The development trend is good. In 2015 and 2016, due to the failure of timely disclosure of the data of listed companies in India and other countries, the number of listed companies in the cultural and creative industries in the past two years has been abnormally sharply reduced, and the total asset scale and value of their total assets have decreased accordingly. 2016 was the year in which the number of companies participating in the total asset statistics of the global cultural and creative industry listed companies was the least in the past five years. However, its total asset scale was as high as 33.80 trillion yuan, second only to 35.56 trillion yuan in 2014. The total value growth rate is about 15.25%, contributing to the highest growth rate since 2012.

观察全球文化创意产业上市公司总资产规模的均值,即平均每家上市公司的总资产规模,从2012-2016年逐年增加,稳步提升。其中2015年的均值增长率最高,将近24%;2016年的均值增长率虽有所下降但紧随其后,约为17.4%。需要特别注意的是,2016年全球文化创意产业上市公司总资产规模的均值为137.03亿元,创造了五年来的最高峰。

二、2000-2016年全球16个主要国家和地区文化创意产业上市公司总资产规模演化趋势
The evolution trend of the total assets of listed companies in the cultural and creative industries of 16 major countries and regions in the world from 2000 to 2016
为了从更长远的历史时期深入理解和把握全球文化创意产业上市公司发展演化趋势特征,本研究根据数据可得性和地域分布均衡性角度综合考虑,选取了2000-2016年美国、日本、英国、中国、加拿大、印度、中国香港、澳大利亚、法国、中国台湾、韩国、德国、意大利、南非、巴西、俄罗斯等全球16个文化创意产业发展比较好的国家和地区的汇总数据 ,进行更为科学的总体趋势分析研判。
In order to deeply understand and grasp the characteristics of the development and evolution of listed companies in the global cultural and creative industries from a longer-term historical period, this study selected the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States from 2000 to 2016 based on the availability of data and the balance of geographical distribution. China, Canada, India, Hong Kong, Australia, France, Taiwan, South Korea, Germany, Italy, South Africa, Brazil, Russia and other countries and regions with relatively good development of cultural and creative industries in the world, make a more scientific analysis Overall trend analysis and judgment.
从总值来看,2000-2016年,全球16个主要国家和地区文化创意产业上市公司总资产规模总值基本在25万亿元以上,整体增长平稳;从均值来看,2000-2014年,总资产规模均值即单位企业平均资产规模变动较为稳定,2014-2016年出现波动。

具体看来,在上市公司数量发展相对稳定的前提下,2002年出现了第一个波谷,资产总值为24.06万亿元,增长率-7.35%,均值为81.11亿元,增长率-8.88%,这显然是受到了2001年互联网泡沫破裂和美国911事件的影响;2007年出现了第一个小高峰,资产总值高达28.90万亿元,均值为95.60亿元,过度繁荣的经济增长也为2008年的经济危机埋下伏笔;2009-2014年全球16个主要国家和地区文化创意产业迅速回暖,强劲上扬;2015年上市公司总资产均值大幅提升,高达132.99亿元,增长率约为30.20%。文化创意产业以其创新性、强渗透性、高知识性,正日益成为各国抗击金融风险,推进经济转型和保证持续发展的战略性产业。

The 2008 economic crisis laid the groundwork; from 2009 to 2014, the cultural and creative industries of 16 major countries and regions around the world quickly recovered and rose strongly; in 2015, the average total assets of listed companies increased significantly, reaching 13.299 billion yuan, with a growth rate of about 30.20%. With its innovation, strong penetration, and high knowledge, the cultural and creative industry is increasingly becoming a strategic industry for countries to combat financial risks, promote economic transformation and ensure sustainable development.

三、2012-2016年全球文化创意产业上市公司总资产规模100强

(一)2012-2016年前20强演化特征分析

从2012-2016年全球文化创意产业上市公司规模总量前20强来看,头部排名持续固化。美国的苹果、康卡斯特集团康卡斯特集团、字母表公司字母表公司(Alphabet Inc)和日本的索尼集团始终位列前五名,企业竞争力优势明显。
From the perspective of the top 20 listed companies in the global cultural and creative industry from 2012 to 2016, the top ranking continues to solidify. American Apple, Comcast Group Comcast Group, Alphabet Inc. and Japan's Sony Group have always ranked in the top five, with obvious advantages in corporate competitiveness.

美国五年间前20强各占12席,且排名靠前,整体实力最强。在美国,与文化创意产业相关的产业被称为“版权产业”,顶尖文创企业众多,涉及领域广泛,如苹果、康卡斯特集团康卡斯特集团、字母表公司、华特迪士尼(Walt Disney Co)、时代华纳、二十一世纪福克斯、亚马逊公司、脸书公司、雅虎公司雅虎公司等。

(二)五年来不同国家进入100强的演化情况分析

观察2012-2016年各国文化创意产业上市公司资产规模总量前100强的数量,美国每年均有40家以上的企业进入全球文化创意产业规模总量前100强,始终遥遥领先其他国家;日本和中国(含中国香港)在上市公司数量上较为接近,其中2012-2014年日本多于中国,2015-2016年中国赶超了日本,但与美国相比仍有较大差距;五年来英国、法国的上市公司数量变动较为平稳,英国平均每年8家左右,而法国平均每年不到5家。上述五个国家的百强上市公司数量相对领先于其他国家。

The number of top 100 listed companies in the above five countries is relatively ahead of other countries.
