30岁以后要注意几点

1、不要高估自己的赚钱能力，以为收入会随年龄增长台阶式增长
2、不要高估自己的身体，以为自己永远都这么有力
3、不要以为小孩花不了多少钱，吞金兽才刚刚开始
4、要认识到父母已经开始衰老
5、要认识到自己是工人阶级，不要模仿贵族消费，早存钱、多存钱，小户人家唯有苦心经营积少成多
6、得意时需防失意，有一个第二技能备用，有一条靠谱人脉应急
