前言

我曾经介绍过如何为 Utopian 在 Crowdin 上找翻译项目。最近 Utopian 的翻译帖子更新了规则。本文中对这些新规则做一下简短说明，并谈一谈我的翻译小心得。

翻译新规则

这个新规则中有三个重点：

1. 一次至少要翻译1000个字符。以前是500个，由于翻译的队伍越来越庞大，提高了字数门槛。
2. 推荐发被批准的翻译，这样可以提高点赞力度。关于这一点，要看具体情况。有些项目比较小，一个人一次完全可以翻译完，你倒是可以等到批准了再到 Utopian 上写帖子。但是，好多项目都比较庞大，即使多个人同时翻译，也要翻译几天。这种项目，如果你等到批准再提交翻译帖子的话。一方面，很可能你的翻译没被批准，另一方面，你不好提供翻译证据。因为多次多人的翻译已经混在一起。我建议，这种情况下，还是翻译完及时提交翻译帖子比较保险。
3. 翻译完，7天内要提交翻译帖子，否则就无效了。时间就是金钱，大家抓紧时间哦。

规则更改后有一点非常好，为大家提供了翻译帖子的写作模板。如下图所示。在图中，我用中文标出了各部分的意思，供大家参考。

此外，改革后只有接受与拒绝，没有修改后可考虑接受了。因此，发帖之前，一定要好好检查各个信息是否齐全。

翻译小心得

其实相比较 Utopian 其他类别，翻译类帖子的门槛很低。这就是为什么翻译的帖子在各类别中是最多的。在这种情况下，如果你写的翻译帖子希望被接受的话，就一定要做好以下几点：

1. 找自己擅长的领域。比如，目前我正在翻译的是一个购物平台网站。网上购物经验大家都有，这一类型很多人都适合。但也有一些需要注意的地方。因为里面毕竟涉及一些专业词汇。例如：order 一词，我们常用的意思是“顺序”，但是在这个环境下，它是“订单”的意思。如果你没有这个常识，就很难正确翻译。

2. 一定要自己翻译，不要依赖机器翻译。机器虽然智能，但是翻译句子很多情况下并不准确。如果你喜欢机翻的话，一定要人工核实翻译是否正确。

3. Github repository 一定要填翻译项目自身的，而不是你自己创建的。我看到有些朋友把翻译的文件上传到自己的 Github，然后填写自己的 Github repository。这样做，翻译帖子是会被拒的。
