Today we will be taking you to a once-a-year event called "Festival of the Winds" at Bondi Beach. I have previously shared with you a few of Sydney's iconic locations. Today I will be showing you Bondi Beach is also one of Sydney's iconic locations. The Festival of the Winds event is an event is for Australian and international kite flyers to display and fly their hand-made kites. At the end of the event, the winner will be announced.

The 2017 Festival of the Winds was held yesterday. Yesterday was a warm spring day and the weather was perfect to be at this event. Here at the event, there were some food stalls, live entertainment and games for the kids. There were also a lot of people who attended this free event.

We have taken a lot of photos to show you around Bondi Beach and also of this event.

今天我们会带你们去看在邦迪海滩一年一度的《悉尼风筝节》。之前我们有分享过悉尼几个标志性的地标. 邦迪海滩也是悉尼的标志性的地标之一。悉尼风筝节这个活动是为澳大利亚和国际参与者展示和飞行他们的手风筝。比赛的获胜者将在活动结束时公布。

2017年风云节昨天发生了. 昨天天气很温暖，我们的春天来了。天气怎么好，真适合来到海边走一走。在这次活动中，有一些食物摊，现场娱乐和孩子们的游戏。还有很多人参加了这个免费的活动。

The kite displays were amazing! We were very pleased with this year's entries and the effort put in by the participants.

Nearby， there were small markets around as well which we got to have a quick look at.

After joining the crowds viewing the spectacular kite displays, we were getting very hungry and decided to find some where to eat. Bondi Beach is filled with boutiques, fast food chains and restaurant along the beachside. There are also plenty more restaurants around the streets away from the beach.

Today, we felt like having burgers and so we visited the restaurant called "Milky Lane". The burgers at this place are really good and highly recommended if you're visiting Bondi Beach in the future.

We ordered the Chic-Kanye and Big Poppa burgers.

We also ordered the sweet potato fries.

Behind where I was sitting was a painting on the wall. It's actually a remake of 'The Last Supper" and features all the popular American rappers. Found it quite funny and interesting.

After eating, we took a short walk around the back streets and had a look at some of the boutique stores.

This is on the main street before the beach. A lot of cafes, fast food restaurants and dessert stores.

这是在海滩前的主要街道上。很多咖啡馆，快餐店和甜点店。

As the weather was so good, we decided to get some gelato before heading home. We saw a queue here and thought that the gelato here must be really good and decided to try it.

天气如此之好，我们决定在回家前吃点冰淇淋。我们在这里看到一个队列，认为这里的冰淇淋必须非常好，决定尝试一下。

We got the lemon sorbet and the tiramisu gelato. Both flavours were great! The lemon sorbet was really refreshing and the tiramisu was nice and creamy.

我们买了柠檬冰糕和提拉米苏冰淇淋。两种味道都不错！柠檬冰糕真的很清爽，提拉米苏很好，奶油。

It was indeed a #beautifulsunday well spent!
