Hello Steemians 💛之前介绍了寿喜烧,今天再来一波美味的御好烧。御好烧和寿喜烧一样,都是日本人甚至全世界爱到不行的日式美食。御好烧又叫做大阪烧,是起源于日本的一种小吃,也是日本最常见的日式杂菜什锦烧饼。日语发音作okonomiyaki,意思是“随妳喜好”,也就是说,只要妳喜欢的材料其实都可以放到铁板上煎,所以算是相当受百姓欢迎的铁板烧料理。是不是很有意思?
