上星期,我與家人到日本🇯🇵旅遊~來到日本的重點當然是美食啦!
今天就跟大家分享我在神戶吃的日本美食~

Last week, I went to Japan 🇯🇵with my family for a short trip. We have tried a wide array of tasty food, and in this post I would like to share our food trip in Kobe!

來到神戶,當然要吃鼎鼎大名的神戶牛排啦!當天我們一家人到神戶三宮站附近的mouriya モーリヤ 神戶牛排店,一嚐神戶牛排。在網上趴有關神戶文的時候看到很多人都推介這間店,應該在日本挺出名的,想試試的朋友們可以先到他們官網留座及下載5%的優惠卷~

When you come to Kobe, it is a must to try the Kobe beef! On that day, we went to mouriya モーリヤ (near the Kobe-Sannomiya Station) to try out the famous Kobe beef. If you want to visit mouriya, you can reserve a table and download a 5% off coupon in mouriya's website.

我們點了A5極品神戶牛肋骨肉和神戶牛腿肉,分別是12, 000 Yen 和 5,800 Yen,真的很貴啊!但家人說老遠來到甚麼也要試試~ 隨餐附送湯、飯、蔬菜和沙律。

We ordered A5 Kobe Rib Steak and thigh meat, which cost 12,000 Yen and 5,800 Yen. It is really expensive, but still worth a try!

然後加牛肋骨肉一起煮~
Then cook the thigh meat and rib steak together~

牛排均勻分布的油花,讓每一塊神戶牛都有均勻的口感,不太需要特別咀嚼,就化開在嘴裡。真的很好吃呢!

The Kobe beef really taste good! Without much effort of chewing, the kobe beef melt in my mouth gradually.


吃完神戶牛,我們到很有名的PABLO店吃迷你芝士撻。我前年在大阪的PABLO店吃過大大個的芝士蛋糕,但覺得沒有太特別。今次嚐的芝士撻,一咬䁔䁔的芝士漿流出來,十分美味!

After finished the Kobe beef meal, we went to PABLO to try out the mini cheese tart. Very yummy!

路經7-11便利商店,我買了新上架的宇治抹茶冰嚐嚐。只售三百幾日元但很足料呢!

最後,在回酒店的途中,我們買了青森縣產的哈密瓜,只售480 日元,多汁又清甜~
Lastly, we bought a Japan-planted melon which only costs 480 Yen~ It is juicy and sweet!
