The reason BuildTeam has amended its voting is because the witnesses it votes for have to bring value to the business and team members as a whole and not just used for trading votes for the executive, you are welcome to submit your application to support BuildTeam on the post I linked above, I remember you are a dev, maybe you would like to help out in the following open source project we have Steem-Editor and TokenBB forums front-end, we could also use translation promotions of various projects we have.
