如果你有一百万新加坡币，你会做什么？
最近有个新公民 罗先生 被CIMB银行邀请去，他怎么也想不到竟然“中奖”100万新币 (约 4,866,002.98 人民币 ) 。
天底下有这么好康的事情？
还真的有哦， 查了一下原来是 Cimb Bank 搞一个 “如果你有一百万你会做什么” ， 的有奖游戏。
只要答案很有搞头就可以赢得奖金。
哈哈， 如果你有一百万， 你会想做什么呢 ？
其实，一百万在新加坡根本就不够用，
这里随便一间 condo 小小间一厅一房 （ 500 sqft) 都要650 - 750 k SGD ( 约3,649,502 人民币) 了， 还是BTO (build to order) 那种, 要等3 年才建好， 一般3 个房间都要 1.2 million (5.8 m人民币 )
如果要买可以直接住的， 要买resale， 不过 至少都得800k SGD （500 sqft） (3,893,087.58 人民币) 。。
不过如过你是新加坡公民， 或者一对 PR， 可以买政府组屋 ，价钱可以会比condo便宜六倍， 而且有津贴 。。 不过可惜我不是。 外国人在新加坡买房产还得在付 BSD 3% + ABSD 5% 。。。
哈哈， 所以一百万， 其实也做不了什么。。
