Three rituals in one day 🇺🇸 🇰🇭 🇨🇳

I was lucky that I was invited to my friend's wedding last weekend. Because my friend is a Chinese and the bride is a Christian Cambodian, the wedding was a fun multi-cultural wedding.

在上个周末，本人很荣幸参加了朋友的婚礼. 这次的婚礼有点特别，因为我朋友是中国人，新娘是柬埔寨基督教徒，所以这次的婚礼融合的几种不同的婚礼文化仪式.

The wedding started with a Western Christian style ritual in a local church. 💒

婚礼首先在教堂早上开始，西方基督教式.

After the church ceremony, we headed to the Cambodian ceremony at noon. People changed to traditional Cambodian wedding dresses.🚶🏻

教堂仪式后，大家就去到新娘家参加柬埔寨的传统婚礼. 大家都穿上柬埔寨传统的婚礼衣服

In the afternoon, we switched to traditional Chinese ceremony in groom's house.

在下午的时候，大家都去到新郎家里参加传统的中式婚礼仪式

Bride served tea to elders and elders gave golden dragon and phoenix bracelets to the bride. There were like more than 10 bracelets on both of bride's hands. 🙌

In traditional Chinese wedding, the guests are supposed to give red envelopes with money to the couple. 🤑
