Waiting in Line for Over an Hour, just for A Cup of Tea排队一个小时，只为了喝上传说中的网红茶

There is a tea shop called HEYTEA located at downtown famous for its endless line. When it opened about a year ago, people had to wait more than 8 hours for only a cup of tea. Even after a year, the average waiting time is 3-4 hours. It was always like this whenever I passed by the shop:

作为网红店扛把子的喜茶从在上海来福士开业以来一直是人山人海，从开业之初的排队8小时到稳定期的3-4小时，在我印象中开了喜茶以后的来福士一楼一直是这个样子:

今天路过的时候发现在排队届成为传说的喜茶竟然如此冷清

When I walked by the shop this morning, wow! It was different from usual, where is the line?

I never felt this lucky before and decided to get one, but only found the line is moved outside of the mall:

想去买一杯尝尝才知道排队已经赶到商场门外

Thinking of I can sit in the line instead of standing previously, not that bad. So I joined the line and received a number tag to prevent cutting in the line. Plus there were several securities trying to maintain the order, line management must be a big part of their business!

对比之前必须站着排队的非人待遇，看现在排队有位子坐，我抱着好像也可以接受？的心理也坐下来排队，为了防止插队还每个人都发了个号，还有数名保安维持排队秩序，还没喝到茶先感受到了网红店的管理不错

After almost an hour, I was permitted to get in the shop and found that not ready yet, still another line to go. I wanted to quit, but the line is much closer to the counter so I can see the whole kitchen, ahhhhh it was just too tempting.

排了半个多小时终于有资格进入店继续排队，这次只能站着排了，好在边排队可以透过玻璃看到里面泡茶的情形

After more than ten minutes of waiting it was my turn to order, but the names are not so straight forward so I ordered same ones as the lady front of me as she looked quite pro.

又等了十几分钟轮到我点单，菜单上面大部分我都看不懂，于是我点了跟前面美女一样的两杯

Still...not ready to drink! Need to wait for them serve the order, and there were about 30 orders to go before mine. At this moment I was a bit impatient, but it was this close so just wait! Same as all the people sitting in the shop, everyone looked tired.

点完单之后才知道还要继续等茶制作出来，而且我前面竟然还有快30个号，这时候不耐烦也没办法了，只好继续等。在店里的每个人都是同样一副累晕的表情，要喝到这杯茶不容易！

在等茶的时候先叫到了边上的美女，然后她拿到茶第一时间就是拍照留念（然后要发朋友圈）

于是在等了半小时拿到来之不易的茶以后我也执行了该项标准流程

Here comes the tea: the one on the left is matcha tea with cheese topping and the right one is oolong tea with cheese topping. The tea is a little sweetened and the cheese topping is a bit salty to make a perfect match. Matcha tea is rich and creamy, and oolong is refreshing especially after a cup of matcha. After over an hour in the line, I finished both of them in one shot as I enjoyed the tea together with my hard work:)

左边的是抹茶芝士，右边的是乌龙芝士。微咸的芝士搭配微甜的抹茶和乌龙茶口感确实不错，抹茶相比较香浓顺滑一些喝多了有点腻，乌龙的相比较因为比较清爽也不是很甜，在喝完抹茶以后正好解腻。在望眼欲穿等了一个多小时候，我一口气把两杯茶都喝完了，喝的不仅仅是茶，也是本人辛勤劳动的汗水：）
