A Short Report on The First LEGOLAND Discovery Center in China 简单汇报一下中国首家乐高探索中心

Different from LEGOLAND theme parks, the discovery center is designed especially for kids, so if you are over 18 years old, make sure to have a kid (or just borrow one)with you before planning the trip. Kid under 1m can visit for free, since my son is already 98cm, I took the last change to save the admission fee and went with my son this weekend.

跟乐高主题乐园不同的是，乐高探索中心是专门为孩子设计的游乐园，所以超过18岁的成人必须要携带儿童方能入园。除此以外，低于1米的儿童免费入园，所以当儿子的身高已经到达98公分时，我抓紧最后机会带他体验了一次刚开业还不到一年的中国首家探索中心。

It is located at a shopping mall, so I thought it was small and more focus on teaching how to build bricks and promoting their products. However it is beyond my expectation: there are 4D cinema, 2 rides, racing center, LEGO workshops and the most amazing: LEGO miniland. 

因为知道这个中心在一个商场里，所以我原先以为会很小而且主要是用于如何用乐高搭建的教学以及推销产品上。但是去过之后觉得比我想象中的好玩：有4D电影，有骑乘项目，有赛车中心，还有小的乐高搭建课程，以及每个乐高乐园必不可少最有意思的乐高迷你城市啦！

My son spend most of his time in racing center, where the kids can use all kinds of bricks to build their own car and race. There are two racing tracks: the one on the front surrounded by kids is a slope that all the cars can start at the same time and check whose car is the fastest under gravity, and whose car has the best balance so that it can keep straight forward. Actually it is a challenge for all ages and kids just love it! My son was so excited and focused on letting his own little car racing with big cars that I took a very good break:)

The other track on the back is to test how strong the car is: after sliding through the track and falling into the red box, most cars just crash into pieces, but I did see some smart boys have their cars survived! My son was too young to understand this part so he was not interested:P

我儿子最喜欢里面的赛车场，可以用不同的乐高砖块和轮子搭建属于自己的小车然后到赛道上去比试。赛车场里有两种赛道，第一种位于图片前方，是一个带启动装置的斜坡赛道，小车仅靠重力就可以在赛道上滑行。如何搭建一辆在坡上跑得最快且能保持平衡的小车是适合所有年龄层的有意思的挑战。我儿子在赛道旁玩的不亦乐乎，用他搭的迷你小车跟各位大哥哥比赛，我也因此在旁边能忙里偷个闲。

另外一个赛道是测试赛车稳固性的。小车从一个大斜坡滑下来然后飞入前方的盒子里，在巨大的速度和冲击力作用下大部分小车都直接碎成砖块，但有些男孩竟然可以让小车生存下来，真的很厉害哦。

Overall it is a nice trip, and be ready for the shop located at the exit: for sure your kid will fall in love with LEGO bricks and will not go home with empty hands after such a happy day in the center, and that is the ultimate reason why you have to bring kids with you to get in.

总体而言整个游玩相当愉快，但是在出口的乐高商店是逃不掉的，毕竟在里面玩了一天以后，孩子们肯定会爱上乐高玩具而不会空着手回家的，想必这就是为什么必须携带儿童才能入场的最终原因啦。
