You can not take Asian parts out of her-Making Chinese food in the U.S.民以食为天

It is hard to change Chinese eating styles and Chinese people eat a lot. Even though living in the U.S. I still need to eat Chinese food and I train myself to a good cook since I live in the U.S.
就算没有到过中国，也能知道中国人对饮食的热诚，而且饮食习惯很难改变。自从住在美帝国主义的领土之后，我变成功转身成为大厨，厨艺突飞猛进，霎时间无人能挡。

Two years ago, I like to eat Amercian food. However, after a few months, my body call for Asian food so badly. So, I started to make my own Hot Pot based on my won understanding. After I cooked it, I found that we do not have chopsticks.
2年前到美国的开始那段时间，还是挺喜欢美国的汉堡和三文治，吃个新鲜。不到几个月，身体开始抗议，对也亚洲食物的需求越发强烈。最后，自己按照平生对火锅的认识，做了第一次火锅。可笑的是，做好之后喊来了高生和他妹妹才发现，我们竟然没有筷子。因此，我第一次做火锅是在我们的叉子中被消灭的。生活总喜欢跟我们这些百姓开玩笑。

After a few months, I found that America has Asian markets. I favor noodle and it is very easy to cook, which save a lot of time.
几个月之后，我发现了亚洲超市的存在，之后的生活改变了很多。粉丝是最好煮的，省时省力。懒汉必需品。

Green tea eggs and Chinese medicine suddenly turn to all kinds of touching due to the caring of Mr Gao.
再后来我做了茶叶蛋，身体不舒服高生给做的凉茶，都让我有了感动。

Finally, I found that I can cook something simple!
再后来，慢慢地厨艺竟然在无意之间变好了，满满的惊喜不断而来。

Green Vegetables! 青菜，爱青菜的清新简单。

Korean Cakes , chicken wings, vegetables. 炒年糕，烤鸡翅，青菜。

The proudest cooking moment of myself is about the BBQ pork. 最感动自己的一次便是做出了叉烧，还有叉烧饭，梅菜扣肉。

It is not easy for me to find fresh ocean fish in VT. But I got some ice fish.
在这里要找到好吃新鲜的海鱼是个梦想，但是我还是把简单的鱼找到了。有时候，还会做上粥。简简单单，就已经很好。

The last one is Sushi. Home-made Sushi in Mr Gao's house! 最后是简单的手卷寿司，简单到只是青瓜和红萝卜，可是美国人都觉得感动得不得了。煞是奇怪了。
