Fried Toast Recipe煎土司食谱
This morning we fried toast and boiled red bean and black rice porridge for breakfast.
今天早上煎了土司,煮了红豆黑米粥当早餐。
材料:Material Science
1)煎土司:Fried Toast:
土司 2片 Toast 2 pieces
鸡蛋 1个 Egg 1 pieces
盐 适量 Salt in moderation
玉米油 适量 Corn oil in moderation
2)红豆黑米粥:Red Bean and Black Rice Porridge
红豆 适量 Red Beans in moderation
黑米 适量 Black Rice in moderation
小米 适量 Millet in moderation
红糖 适量 Brown Sugar in moderation
步骤:Step:
1.将盐和鸡蛋放入碗中,打成蛋液 Put salt and eggs in a bowl and mix them into egg liquid
2.将土司切一个正方形口,倒入蛋液 Cut the toast into a square hole and pour in the egg liquid
3)煎得差不多的时候,将切出来的土司压回去,反过来煎另一面,煎脆即可
- When it’s almost fried on one side, press the toast back which have cutted and fry the other side, until fry it crisply.
4)另一种方法是直接,将土司裹上蛋液直接煎,两面煎金黄,即可

煎土司超级简单,只是煎的过程中,涂上一层油就可以了,我倒入了太多的油,吃起来,就会有点油腻的感觉,不过搭配香蕉,会解腻.

红豆粥:就是将除红糖外的其他材料洗净,然后倒入高压锅中,再加入水和红糖,煮到熟就可以了。
