This post actually have some meaningful information in it, it is a update modification of a project @cnbuddy (which have 200 delegators and around 27000 SP) that is starting to supporting the one cn community curation project started by @htliao by manually upvoting some of the recommend posts. Similar to OCD just a lot smaller.
But this post is not readable with English reader, I will not using @ocbd to upvote post like this later as well.

It is fine, this was just a warning. It's just that we will be curating the bids in the near future as well and it can at the same time serve as a way for readers to stumble upon new authors and posts they might enjoy reading.
Thank you again for your reply. I think is will be very good if you are starting to curating the bids, and quality control is definitely very important before you do so.
OCD is such a awesome project and it has been a great pleasure to enter the OCD white list. I will keep the quality control as you suggested on myself for the future posts using @ocbd bidding service.
I just think English may not be a mandatory requirement. Your project have so many curators that original from all over the world, and their activity is around so many different communities that using other languages. Also, steemit have such diversified user groups, a good post do not have to be a English post, but English will make a post acceptable to much more readers.
Just a small piece of advice though, cheers.
