Thank you @htliso for coming out to share with us what goes on at your end. This is very helpful to clarify a lot of hidden issues so that people like us who have no idea of what goes on to understand the situation. I think open communication is very important so that we are not left with judgment given by outsiders who are not in the delegated team.
