生活很重要,但吃饭也是生活的一部分,所以也应该认真去对待。但是平时大家又苦于时间所限,很难抽出大把的时间为自己做份美食,所以我在写教程时总是挑选那些短时间内就可以搞定的菜品,难度不大,但是味道上佳。

今天我为大家准备了一份中国家庭常常吃的开胃菜——爆炒花蛤。我家是山东,平时并不常吃海鲜,但是最近这几天却被花蛤给迷住了,麻辣的吃过了,花蛤汤也尝过了,但再三比较后我还是更喜欢这爆炒花噶,不论是口感还是观感我都更喜欢爆炒的花蛤。因此就有了今天的这份简单的教程。

是很容易买到吧,在上述的配料中可能中国的家庭中都是常备的,根本都不用去买,所以赶紧去超市买些花蛤来解解馋虫吧。

首先我们来倒上食用油,油温够高后我们放入姜丝和蒜片来清炒,放姜蒜的目的就是为了除腥,姜蒜是腥味的天敌,可以当作套路记下这招。

当看到花蛤开始张嘴时,就可以放调料了。生抽、豆瓣酱、鸡精、白砂糖、豆腐卤、花椒、食盐。放调料的顺序其实不用太在乎,在这里我就不把所有的图都放上了,给大家看其中的几张图片吧。

When you see the clam opening your mouth, you can put the seasoning. Raw soy sauce, bean paste, chicken essence, sugar, bean curd, pepper, salt. I don't really care about the order of seasoning, but I'm not going to put all the pictures here, so let me show you some of them.

料放足了,那我们就来使劲翻炒,让花蛤充分吸收调料混合成的汤汁。

搅拌充分后就可以上桌了,其实花蛤被炒到张嘴时就基本熟了。
