Great article! Problems like this need to be spoken about and recognised so a solution can be developed. All the Chinese markets in social media that are being missed out on is like isolating a third of the worlds population! Good luck.

English speaking internet users is less than a billion
while non-english speaking users is more than 2.5 billion .. In these 2.5 billion, 30% are chinese !
China+India is already more than a third of the worlds internet pop :)
