Awesome, thank you for the post, but I think that if you post a shoulder workout you should post also how to train posterior and middle deltoid, in this workout you just train the anterior deltoid. Keep it up!

Thanks for your advice. Tomorrow I will share more exercise for other parts. As my spare time is limited, I have just divided them into several parts to introduce. :)
