Hongkong tour on the eve of Thanksgiving: good food

On the eve of Thanksgiving, I came to Hongkong with my friends.

几年前来香港,在街边吃了一碗车仔面,惊为天人。

再次来港第一站,就是寻找车仔面。
由于行程关系,和香港一贯超出期望的美食水平,我们本着“不刻意寻找NO.1”的标准,走哪吃哪。

飞机地铁大巴地折腾了大半天,早已饥肠辘辘。
放下行李,在油麻地地铁站C出口附近看见了一家“王妈妈车仔面”便忙忙囤了进去。

料汁就主要由各种酱汁,如牛腩汁咖喱汁沙嗲汁等等等等。

犹记得前些年误跟团游,被绑去珠宝店强制购物的时候,顶着导游刀子一样的眼神,冲出在珠宝店旁边的小巷里抓住一家车仔面小摊。
那时是头一次见到这个东西,也不知道怎么点,就胡乱指了一堆。
和同伴站在街头十分钟吃完,味道感觉,惊为天人。

带着这样的期待,我们走进了王妈妈车仔面。
小店没什么人,装修倒是别具一格,有一种浓浓的怀旧气息。

在旺角的一个小背巷子,我们发现了这家晚上七点后才开张的小店:庙街牛杂。

其他店已经关门,这家店的店员还非常忙碌,满头大汗
当时已经是深夜,小巷里其他店铺已经关门休息,唯有这家店门口,红红的灯下,人头攒动。
伙计们满头大汗,双手不停。

在港数日,我们大部分的正餐都是在茶餐厅解决的。

茶餐厅美食中,猪扒包必须要大赞特赞一番。

过牛油的小面包夹一块煎到恰到好处的猪排,看似平平,一口下去鲜嫩喷香,在楼下茶餐厅吃到猪扒包第一口,我竟然忍不住叫了一声“妈呀”。
可见口感的惊讶。

菠萝包不用说了,现在这道美食在北方城市的很多广式茶餐厅也是常见的餐点。要说离开了广东的菠萝包有什么不足之处,那大概就是失去茶餐厅中热腾腾的现做现卖的烟火气吧,因为这份烟火气,同样的食材,也显得不那么美味了。清甜的菠萝包是我们小时候常吃的早餐,但是加上微咸的黄油,融合出绝妙的口感,甜而不腻,鲜而不咸。
餐蛋面我个人认为是一种凑合到不能再凑合,非常节省时间的餐点。十分寡淡的方便面配煎蛋火腿,毫无口味可言,是那些赶时间上班又不想失去必要营养和能量的忙人必点早餐。

My friends and I have studied this problem, why do not eat seven meals a day to Hongkong, do not feel comfortable, or even feel tired?
The answer should be:
1: the travel is compact and the amount of movement is great
2: be accustomed to: both of our grandparents are from the south. The eating habits of the family in the north of the north have not been changed back in the north for several decades, and have been used to the light.
4: it is worthy of the food capital.
我和好友曾经研究过这个问题,为什么每次来香港,一天吃七顿都不觉得撑,甚至也不觉得腻?
答案应该是:
1:行程紧凑,运动量大
2:吃得惯:我们俩祖辈都是南方人,来北方几十年家里的饮食习惯都没有改回来,已经习惯了清淡。
3:香港的伙食大部分是清甜少油,没有油水,肚皮不买账。
4:不愧为美食之都。
因此,常会出现,吃完没多久又觉得可以再吃一点。吃到这个,又觉得,那个也不错。
更妙之处在于,饶是如此“暴饮暴食”,体重丝毫未涨,仍旧身轻如燕,苗条可人,哈哈。
真是无比羡慕住在香港的女孩子们啊!
