Food in China, taste in Sichuan (Part 2)/ 食在中国，味在四川（二）
Dear Steemians, today, I'll introduce other delicious food to you. I make a list of the delicious Chinese food I’ve eaten. The following are my personal opinion. （in no particular order）
亲爱的Steemians, 今天我将介绍其他美食给大家。我列出了我尝过的美食，以下排序仅为个人观点。
Fried food skewered with bamboo sticks 油炸串串
This kind of food can be found in any city around Sichuan, which may be derived from Leshan(a city). It's very convenient to make it. We consider it as a snack. There are wide variety of dishes, such as squid, sausage, beef, photo, broccoli etc. Each stall has its own unique feature.
这种小吃遍布四川各个城市，具体应该是从乐山流传开来。其特点是简易方便，品种多，鱿鱼、腊肠、牛肉、土豆、西蓝花... 各个小摊口味不同，各有特色。
Spicy hotchpotch (Malatang) 串串香（热锅麻辣烫）
"Malatang" meaning "spicy and hot" is Sichuan street food with a devoted following of spicy condiments. In fact, hot pot grows out of malatang, so we also call it " little hot pot". Malatang known as its unique charm andoutstanding characteristics has spread all over the country. We can say that where there are people, there will be malatang. To some extent, malatang,one of traditional snacks in China, stands for Sichuan.
“串串香”又叫“热锅麻辣烫”，是一道四川街边小吃，含有各种香料。它实际上是火锅的前身或者另一种形式，所以人们又往往称其为小火锅。麻辣烫以其独特的魅力和鲜明的特色遍布于全国众多城市，可以说只要有人的地方就有麻辣烫的存在，甚至在一定程度上，麻辣烫已成为四川味道的代表，四川的特色小吃之一。
Brazier Barbecue (large metal container where coal is burned) 火盆烧烤
Brazier barbecue is one of the traditional snacks in Xichang. Now, you can find it anywhere inSichuan. It's a good place for you to treat your friends. Such restaurants won't serve the dishes. You just choose the dishes that you like from the stall and grill them by yourself. It's like a cafeteria.
火盆烧烤是四川西昌的特色烧烤。如今，几乎在四川的任何一个地方都可以找到这样的烧烤店。火盆烧烤适宜朋友聚餐。这样的烧烤店不会提供上菜服务，你可以从摊位上选择你喜欢的食物然后自己动手烧烤，就像自助餐厅一样。
