比特幣上周於3600-4000美元整固後，今周重上4000美元的大關，表現凌厲，現站穩於4300美元以上，最高曾見4398美元。
After Bitcoin consolidate around 3600-4000 USD, it rally towards the 4000 USD level this week. Bitcoin is currently holding above 4300 USD, which recently achieved a daily high at 4398 USD.
市場消息 (MARKET NEWS)
日本政府早前發放經營牌照於11間比特幣交易所，積極推動國內虛擬貨幣的普及化。韓國新虛擬貨幣交易所UPBIT將支援111種山寨幣交易，投資者憧憬此舉將為市場帶來一番新景象。另一邊廂，市場逐漸淡化中國禁止虛擬貨幣交易的壞消息，相信壞消息已盡出。中國一直希望推動區塊鏈技術，但不希望比特幣的熾熱炒風及走資問題影響金融體系的穩定。中共第十九次全國代表大會將至，相信中央屆時會表明對虛擬貨幣的取態，並公佈對比特幣與ICO的監管框架及發展藍圖。
Japan demonstrates its determination to promote cryptocurrency by granting regulatory licenses towards 11 bitcoin exchanges. Korea also introduce a new crypto exchange - UPBIT, which support trading of 111 altcoins. The market is optimistic about this news. On the other side, the bad news of China eventually fades out. China hopes to advocate Blockchain technology, however, it upholds the concern on over-speculation and capital flight issues of cryptocurrency. In mid October, China will convene its 19th Communist Party of China National Congress. Is is believed that China will clarify its stance towards cryptocurrency, meantime, announces its regulatory and development framework towards bitcoin and ICO.
技術分析(TECHNICAL ANALYSIS)
比特幣於22/9下試3600的支持區後升穿4000點大關，正式突破上升三角形的整理形態，並確立了新的上升趨勢。比特幣同時亦升穿黃金比率的0.618水平，表示此輪升幅是下趺B浪反彈的機會逐漸減少。交易訊號方面，RSI升穿50的牛熊分界; MACD發出黃金交叉，並準備重登0線之上。
Bitcoin reaches 4000USD after re-testing the 3600USD support zone, which breakthrough the ascending triangle consolidating pattern and marks a new uptrend. The price also reaches 0.618 level of fibonacci retracement, revealing the current rally is less likely a Wave B in Elliott Wave Theory. RSI and MACD reveals bullish signals - RSI rises above 50, while MACD had a golden cross and ready to rise above the 0 line.
